The Far East was our inspiration for this salami which shows how well lemongrass gets along on the playground with other spices. Made with all-natural ingredients, including locally sourced spices and humanely treated vegetarian-fed pork never treated with antibiotics. Product sold as a stick and is not pre-sliced. Refrigerate after opening.
