Finocchiona - Uncured Piccolo

We use traditional cracked black pepper and fennel with a touch of curry, making this anything but Grandma’s finocchiona. Made with all-natural ingredients, including locally sourced spices and humanely treated vegetarian-fed pork never treated with antibiotics. Product sold as a stick and is not pre-sliced. Refrigerate after opening.
