Our artisan mill lightly removes the bran layer of the rice to provide health benefits that are in brown rice while still preserving the sweet, delicious taste and quick cooking time of white rice.

It is excellent for sushi and all Japanese and Korean dishes but is versatile enough for everyday use in a risotto, stir fry, any other rice dish, or even stand alone as a side!
